林果．探戈 -- We Met Here Again!

昨天，再一次「林果．探戈」下午茶；姑嫂、兄妹，又是「天南地北、古往今來」聊個沒完...... 沒了...... 沒完沒了......

終於，有人提議（馬上多人附議）到後面的園子裡「拍幾張」留作紀念；並且附帶決議：彼此常相邀約「找時間、覓地點」再相會。

Everybody says, "See you again!"

"My 1st Grandson and Me"

I like this picture, "My 1st Grandson and Me," which was taken by my son. I like it because I love them -- my son, my 1st grandson, etc.

I'd like to "keep" this photo in my blog because it would remind me of our good trip to Hualian last summer -- together with all other members of my family! ... See also: 花蓮行 Day One, Day Two, and Day Three.

The Double Ninth Festival

The Double Ninth Festival (also called Chong Yang Festival) falls on the 9th day of the 9th month according to the traditional lunar calendar. And it happens to be the Double Ninth TODAY! ... There's a dinner party held by my church in a nearby restaurant, Ba Xi Shanfang (八喜膳房), to which the senior members of the church (those who are 65 years old or older) are invited as VIPs or Honored Guests. 

This is the second time I've been invited as a "senior member" to participate in this kind of celebration!
