It was an outing unplanned until this morning;
but an enjoyable outing back to my hometown!
Our son hadn't returned to us from Taipei since February. We last met him in person during the Chinese New Year, which was about in the middle of February, So, as you can imagine, we were very pleased to see him (and his family) come back again.
But when they arrived at noon, Jean and I were surprised.
"How can it be so early?" I said. "Antony usually got back to Wufeng in the afternoon, or in the evening!"
"Oh, today is Friday, isn't it?" Jean said. "Our grandchildren must have asked for leave from school."
Then both of us started thinking of having an outing somewhere together with them. "Where are we going this afternoon?" "Are we going to the Music Waterwheel or Walker Café?" "How about visiting Walker Café first? -- They haven't been there." "Agree. Maybe we'll have time for visiting the both places." As a result, we visited Walker Cafe and also the Nuomi Bridge."
