Mom's Garden + Music Waterwheel

This afternoon we went to Music Waterwheel again. Before going there we spent a few minutes enjoying seeing the vegetable garden owned by our mother. She's been working so hard these days that there are not only a variety of vegetables growing well in the garden, but also a lot of beautiful flowers blooming in there (as you can see below).

母親的菜園裡，不但蔬菜種類多，還盛開了許多漂亮的花。我們先欣賞母親的菜園，然後載著她出遊，再次造訪北港溪的「音樂水車」享受午後咖啡 (afternoon coffee)。

包含兒童節、清明節的連續假-----春假，已經過完。

因為疫情的緣故，今年春假我們啥地方也沒去，只在家附近輕鬆走走。就在散心的同時，也留心預防「群聚」的風險。

兒孫從台北返鄉度假，三天兩夜一晃就過。他們回台北去了，家鄉就又只剩爺爺、奶奶留守啦！----- 我，突然想起這假期的「單純」之「美好」，願拿幾張「隨意拍」照片，搭配兒子的傑作 (即最後兩張，Photos 14 and 15)，來個「倒敘法」影像紀錄：

Having Afternoon Coffee at Music Waterwheel

Thanks to my sister Xiuzhi for her making and sharing this one-minute film (see below): Guided by her (who looked like a movie director), Mom and I were exercising (or dancing) at Music Waterwheel (北港溪 音樂水車) while no other visitors were there watching.

This was Jean's and my first time to be there at Music Waterwheel, which is next to the well-known old bridge called "Glutinous Rice Bridge" (糯米橋 or 國姓鄉北港溪石橋).

We all -- including another sister of mine, Xiuqing -- had a wonderful time having coffee and a lot of "free chats" over there this afternoon. (Thanks and praise to the Lord.)
