It's the Second Sunday in Lent today, and we've just had a Children's Sermon (see right photo) conducted by Laura Moye, the LEM for today's English service at St. James'.
(By the way, LEM means "Lay Eucharist Minister"; in Chinese we usually refer to it as 司禱, sīdăo.)
While we don't have Children's Sermons every Sunday, we do have it included in our English services on special Sundays; for example, we're planning to have two more Children's Sermons next month, one on Palm Sunday and the other on Easter Day.
May our Lord, who loves children as well as adults (see especially Luke 18:15-16), help us know how to take good care of our children -- by loving them with all our hearts and minds, and by guiding them in the right way on the journey of life and truth! (Note: Thanks and praise be to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit!)
