🎂 For James' 15th Birthday 🎂

雖然昨晚已經吃了......... 

他們* 送來的 homemade 超好吃的

蛋糕 (See #2025-1018A)；

雖然今天~~白天時間~~ 

在「同儕早餐+作文比賽+鋼琴課」後

James 且承蒙......他們* 熱情招待，

享用了十分美味的生日特餐；

但，夜幕低垂時，奶奶卻還悄悄地

出門去，帶回這樣一個：

小而美，見了就讓人~~~讓祖孫

三人都想立馬

開吃　的  Birthday cake 🎂

🎂 For James’s 15th Birthday 🎂

Though last night we’d already enjoyed

the delicious homemade cake

they* brought us (see #2025-1018A);

Though today, after the

“friends’ breakfast + writing contest + piano lesson,”

James was again warmly treated by them*

to a truly wonderful birthday meal;

Still, as evening quietly fell,

Grandma slipped out once more—

and returned with this:

a small but lovely cake,

so tempting that all three of us—

grandparents and grandchild alike—

couldn’t help wanting

to dig in at once. 🎂
