Today, Shine (also known as John) came back to Wufeng with his mother. Although she has been quite busy lately and spends much of her time away from Wufeng, Shine will enjoy a leisurely three-day stay with us, his grandparents.
This is also a rare opportunity for Shine to spend some time with his brother. For example, the two of them can play basketball together on the court in Wufeng (see the next post).
For now, let me share a few photos of Shine enjoying himself on the basketball court near our house. I also made a short video. Look! Shine—or John—has never forgotten how to ride a caster board.
Note: In the past, I didn't really know what this type of board was called in English, so I simply referred to it as a Snake Board, a literal translation of its Chinese name!
