Looking through photos from a few summers ago, I can’t help but smile at how much—and how little—has changed.
Back then, the two brothers were noticeably smaller, and their games on the Wufeng court were filled with boundless, childlike enthusiasm. Today, both have grown taller, stronger, and more confident in their movements. Those casual backyard shootarounds have naturally evolved into faster, more competitive games.
Yet, despite the extra inches and the passing years, the heart of these summer days remains exactly the same. The pure joy of playing together under the open sky hasn't faded. The younger brother still brings an electric excitement to every drive and shot, while the older one continues to play with a familiar mix of quiet focus and steady determination—just a bit more mature now.
Whether they are starting the afternoon with a sprawling game of Rummikub indoors or shooting hoops until twilight settles over the neighborhood, Wufeng remains their summer sanctuary. Time keeps moving forward, but the bond these brothers share on the court is truly timeless.
