A Prayer Offered by Mookoo Liang:
Dear Lord, we thank you for all the blessings bestowed upon us in the past year. As we embark on the journey of 2024, though the traditional lunar New Year is still five weeks away (scheduled for February 10th), we seek your guidance and blessings. May your Holy Spirit be a constant presence in our lives, leading us towards an even more abundant and comfortable life.
On this special day of "weiya," we come before you with a prayer for the world. May regions currently plagued by wars, conflicts, poverty, and injustice experience a transformation into realms of peace, cooperation, prosperity, and justice. O Lord almighty and merciful, we offer this prayer with hope and faith, trusting that your divine influence will bring about positive change. Amen.
