In total, there were nine of us, including my two grandkids and the Lucky-7 group, consisting of A-Chang-Ge, Li-Qing, Lao Zhan, Xiuzhen, Grace Chang, Jean, and me (Mookoo Liang). We had a wonderful time eating breakfast at Rose Laura Cafe today.
My grandkids, James and John, came back to Wufeng with their mother yesterday for a short stay. The two boys are living in Hualien with their parents. They attend school except during summer and winter vacations, making it challenging for them to spend a few days in Wufeng, their hometown. They were so eager to visit us here for a couple of days before the Lunar New Year!
Now that they are here, Jean and I are delighted to have organized a special breakfast event at Rose Laura Cafe in Taichung. This is where they could reunite with our good friends, the Lucky-7 for a memorable morning. (Rose Laura Cafe is located at No. 136, Nantun Road (Section 1), West District, Taichung City; it's open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day except Mondays.)
