新居祝福暨點燭禮

下著毛毛雨的夜晚，我們開車到邱家*新建的 "Kelly House" (凱莉民宿) 做新居祝福和點燭禮。

適逢降臨節第三主日 (The 3rd Sunday of Advent) 週間，聖路加堂牧師 Rev. Antony Liang 及家人（還有教友同工 Hóng Yíng）依約定於今晚登門拜訪，做新居祝福之餘，且點燃象徵 Joy 的粉紅色蠟燭**。

今晚我們與 Kelly House 的主人（家人）一起唱詩歌、祈禱，祝福主恩滿溢、闔府安康、事業順利發展，藉以貢獻所長，榮神益人。(May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all evermore!)

Notes:

1. * Kelly House belongs to the Qiu family. Mr. Qiuhuang Qiu is a high-ranking police officer, and his wife, Xiaojing Zhang, is closely connected to St. Luke's Church. Xiaojing's parents, currently in their senior years, used to attend St. Luke's every Sunday.
2. ** Advent means "coming" -- In this season, we prepare for the arrival of Christ. The first candle symbolizes hope, the second represents peace, the third signifies joy, and the fourth stands for love.
