James was now studying in school, and John, along with his parents, was far away in Kaohsiung. Only Jean and I — the grandparents! — had the chance to enjoy visiting Qixingtan Beach near our dwelling again.
It was a short stay, no more than two hours, but it was great fun. We took some new pictures and even filmed the roaring, rolling waves on such a windy day. Ah, it seemed so easy for the two of us to be satisfied at Qixingtan Beach. (Perhaps I’ll share the video later this week!)

James was now busy with his studies at school, and John, together with his parents, was far away in Kaohsiung. Only Jean and I — the grandparents — had the privilege of returning to Qixingtan Beach near our dwelling.
Our visit was brief, no more than two hours, yet it brimmed with delight. We took fresh photographs and captured a video of the waves as they roared and rolled in the wind. Ah, how easily the two of us were satisfied at Qixingtan Beach! (Perhaps I’ll share the video later this week.)
